ohhhh catie cates! It is so good to see what you are up to! After seeing Food Inc, I seriously want to open a family farm and live my life producing wholesome delicious food for people!
Yay! I haven't seen that movie yet (there was a story on NPR about how Food Inc doesn't have a wide release, so many farmers and food producers haven't actually been able to see it yet...) but I'm so excited! Not to mention soooo excited about HP&HBP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Catie I love your second blog!! I just got back from a two day hike up in the wilderness where I communed with nature and thought of you... all of that food looks amazing! If your looking for somethig to do with your extra kale... which i was a few weeks ago... I have a mean raw kale recipe with dried cherries and pine nuts you should try.
